3Com University Learning Center Enrollment Instructions

In order to enroll for a 3Com University training course or test, you must have a 3Com University Learning Center login account. There are 3 different types of login accounts depending on your relationship with 3Com Corporation.

Customer (End User)

Description: Individuals that are not members of the Focus Partner Program but would like to take advantage of the award winning training 3Com offers.

Step One: Go to 3Com University home page: http://www.3com.com/3comu

Step Two: Click on "login" under the "login" section on the left side, then select the button "Create a New Customer Account" at the bottom right hand corner of the login page

Step Three: Fill in the information required

You will be sent a confirmation email immediately. You now have access to 3Com University courses and tests..

If you have previously created a 3Com University Customer login account but don’t remember your password, click here to request your password be sent to you in email.

3Com Partner (Focus Partner Program Member)

Description: Individuals that are members of the Focus Partner Program and need additional training available only to our Partners.

Step One: Join the Focus Partner Program. Select the region below to apply for your regional 3Com Focus Partner Program.

Asia Pacific
North America (US & Canada)
Europe, Middle East, Africa
Latin America (Spanish)
Latin America (Portugese)

Once you receive confirmation of your enrollment in the 3Com Focus Partner Program you will be emailed a username/password for the 3Com Partner Access website. This site will provide you with many tools to help you succeed in your business and also give you access to 3Com University partner training offerings. (This process can take 48-60 business hours to receive your login)

3Com Employee
Description: Individuals that are 3Com Employees and need access to specific 3Com Employee courses and all that 3Com University offers.

Step One : Click here to register

You will receive a login via email. This login is a Partner Access login. If you already have a Partner Access login, then you have already been granted access to 3Com University employee training. Just login to Partner Access in your region and select from the 3Com University link in the upper navigation to begin your training.
