Step 1 - Pass the IP Telephony Knowledge Assessment
This knowledge assessment will help you determine your current level of product knowledge, help you decide where to begin your self-study, and help you prepare for the 3Com IP Telephony Specialist certification exam.

Step 2 - Complete Recommended Courses
 If you want to refine your skills before you take the final exam, complete the courses that best fit your training needs.

Step 3 - Required: Pass the 3Com IP Telephony Specialist Final Exam v2.5 (Coming Soon)

 (Required) 3Com University will be introducing the 3Com IP Telephony Specialist Final Exam v2.5 at the end of October. The exam will be available for scheduling at that time. Exam Fee - $150.00 USD.

  • Certifications obtained December 1, 2005 and later are valid for a period of two years.
