3Com Corporation - Section 508 Statement
The products included on EC America's GSA Schedule GS-35F-0414K are IT technology-enabling products which are installed, configured or implemented by professional service technicians or other trained personnel, as part of a system solution requirement. As such, some of these products qualify for a general exception from the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards 36 CFR 1194.3(f). Moreover, some of our products are not directly utilized (or require interface) by end users to access IT, nor do they impede access of information to end users, when used in conjunction with other products that are in conformance with 508 standards.
