All product warranties and customer support will remain in effect for 1 year from the date of discontinuance August 10, 2001.

Consumer DSL modems purchased prior to June 30 can be returned according to 3Com's standard return policy. Consumer DSL modems purchased after June 20 cannot be returned for a refund or credit. Please consult with your salesperson for more information.

It will be up to the individual retailers based on their own policies to determine whether or not they will issue you a refund for your product.
