3Com Corporation is discontinuing sales of its 3Com® HomeConnect® Consumer Cable Modem product line and related accessories.
Customers who have purchased Cable Modems off of 3Com's website may return them within 30 days of purchase. If you have received a 3Com cable modem through your Cable provider, please contact them directly if you wish to return the product.
3Com will continue to honor all product warranties for the specified period from date of purchase and will provide customer support during the warranty period.

Please note that although we are discontinuing our Consumer line of Cable and DSL modems, we continue to focus on our business-oriented broadband solutions.
