What is the LAN + Modem PC Card?
A:
The 3Com LAN + Modem PC Card links your notebook computer to a Fast Ethernet or Ethernet network and provides a high-speed modem connection. The LAN + Modem card supports the multifunction extensions by allowing simultaneous LAN and modem connections.

What do I need to install the LAN + Modem PC Card?
A:
The LAN + Modem card requires 50Mhz 80486 or faster microprocessor, 10MB of disk space for a complete installation which includes the optionally installed speakerphone and communications software. It also requires a PC Card (PCMCIA) Type II, Type III, or CardBus PC Card slot, a 3.5-inch floppy drive, access to a network port, and access to a telephone line.
