Q:
How do I replace a defective power supply on a Hub?
A:
Turn its power supply switch to the off position, insert it into the chassis, plug it into the 115VAC supply outlet, and turn on the power switch on the power supply.

What does a Flashing Power LED mean on Hub?
A:
Only one power cable is connected to the RPS. The way to fix this is by connecting a second power cable to AC input B. If this does not work you will need to replace the Advanced Redundant Power Supply

Q:
Do I need a different power adapter if traveling to another country?
A:
Yes, depending on what country you are going to you will be required to have a different power adapter (i.e. Europe 220-230 Volts 50 16-Ampere ME 3-pole connector, Japan 100 Volts 50/60 15-Ampere JP 3-pole connector, South Africa 220-250 Volts 50 16-Ampere SA 3-pole connector).
