The 3Com® MSR 30 Series Multi-Service Router, engineered by H3C, delivers secure, integrated services on a single platform.
All MSR 30 Series models are Open Services Networking-ready and and can accomodate embedded hardware-based encryption and voice processing. Flexible deployment configurations are powered by up to 1 GB memory and 240 kpps forwarding performance. The MSR 30 Series also features models with embedded Power over Ethernet (PoE).
With a full-featured, resilient routing platform, including IPv6 and MPLS support, the MSR 30 Series enhances network functionality and simplifies management and complexity for small branch offices and organizations.
The MSR 30 Series has the potential to deliver the functionality of multiple devices, creating capital and operational expense savings and lasting investment protection.
Eight models are available, with different slot capabilities and optional PoE.
MSR 30-60
The MSR 30-60 has six Multi-function Interface Module (MIM) slots, four flexible Smart Interface Card (SIC) slots, two enhanced service module slots (for encryption functionality), three voice processing module slots and one voice co-processing slot.
The MSR 30-60 PoE adds an embedded Power over Ethernet supply.
MSR 30-40
The MSR 30-40 features a total of four MIM slots, four SIC slots, two enhanced service module slots (for encryption functionality), two voice processing module slots and one voice co-processing slot.
The MSR 30-40 PoE adds an embedded Power over Ethernet supply.
MSR 30-20
The MSR 30-20 has two MIM slots, four SIC slots, two enhanced service module slots (for encryption functionality), two voice processing module slots and one voice co-processing slot.
The MSR 30-20 PoE adds an embedded Power over Ethernet supply.
MSR 30-16
The MSR 30-16 has one MIM slot, four SIC slots, two enhanced service module slots (for encryption functionality), two voice processing module slots and one voice co-processing slot.
