The 3Com® eXchange Call Center for NBX® Solutions is an excellent way for small and midsize enterprises to better serve call-in customers and make customer relationship management more efficientwhile minimizing day-to-day expenses and on-going cost of ownership. It controls and monitors call center interaction, distribution, call handling, and reporting activities. 3Com support options ensure a successful implementation and a modular, scalable design permits cost-effective, incremental expansion and upgrades.
Base modules include eXchange Engine for establishing call routing rules, eXchange Administration for defining and modifying parameters of call center entities, eXchange Visor for robust monitoring and report generating, and eXchange Agent for creating convenient access to call center capabilities from a customizable PC toolbar. Optional modules offer wall-board connectivity and software that puts wall-board functionality on agents' PCs.
