3Com® Switch 7750

The 3Com Switch 7750 modular LAN switch delivers high performance, multilayer, 10-Gigabit, Gigabit, and Fast Ethernet switching in an integrated chassis platform.

The Switch 7750 Family scales to 292 Gigabit Ethernet or 288 Fast Ethernet ports, with available 10-Gigabit modules for high-capacity inter-switch and uplink connections. With multilayer IP and IPX switching and Power over Ethernet, the Switch 7750 family is ideal as a small campus core switch, or for distribution and edge switching in a larger enterprise.

Chassis are available with three different slot configurations: 8-slot with optional fabric redundancy, 7-slot, and 4-slot. All models provide Power over Ethernet (PoE) support.

Modules are available for copper and fiber connectivity, for Fast, Gigabit and 10-Gigabit Ethernet switching with port densities from sixteen to 48 ports for Fast and Gigabit Ethernet, and one port 10-Gigabit Ethernet. Other options include redundant load sharing power supplies, flexible transceiver options, enhanced feature software, and spares.
