View Service Contracts provides you round-the-clock access to information about service contracts you have sold. Contract information is refreshed every 20 minutes, eliminating the need for you to contact 3Com Service Contract Administration for the latest contract details. This web-based tool enables you to:
- Sort and view the active 3Com service contracts you have sold
- Proactively review expiring contracts and identify upcoming contract renewal revenue opportunities
- Access equipment lists for the current installed base
The tool features two types of search functions: Basic and Extended
- Use the Basic Search function to search for a service contract if you know the service contract number or the service purchase order number to 3Com
- Use the Extended Search function to search for a service contract using the following criteria:
- Active or Expired contract status
- Specific date ranges
- All equipment sites located in a specific state
