You can use the Service Partner Quoting Tool to generate customer ready service quotes. To generate a service quote, download the Microsoft Excel file to your PC and enter the 3Com product numbers. The tool creates service quotes that you can print and deliver to your customers. With each quote, the tool also generates useful information for your tracking purposes.

The Service Partner Quoting Tool is available to Service Reseller Direct and Service Provider Partners. To download the tool, partners must be enrolled in the 3Com Focus Partner Program and have a password for Partner Access—3Com's secured extranet for Focus Partner program members.

How to Use the Service Partner Quoting Tool

1. Log in to Partner Access.
   
2. Download the file.
   
3. Open the Microsoft Excel file.
   
4. Follow the instructions provided in the tool.
