Forgotten Your Username?
For security reasons, a lost or forgotten username cannot be reset. Your username is usually your "First" and "Last" name. (Ex. John Doe)

Case Sensitivity
User names and passwords are case sensitive. If you are having trouble logging in, check if your "Caps Lock" key is on. Also, try capitalizing the first letter and a few other variations that you may have used. The user name and password that you entered would have been between 6 and 32 characters long.

3Com Login Requires Cookies
3Com login uses a session cookie to identify you. This cookie is a small piece of information maintained in your active browser session that allows you to remain logged in to your account as you move from page to page. It is set when you log in to your 3Com account and expires when you log out or close your web browser. The cookie will also expire automatically after 8 hours, or 1 hour without 3Com Login activity. Your web browser must be set up to accept cookies in order to use 3Com login. If your browser is configured to reject cookies automatically or you refuse a 3Com login cookie, you will not be able to login and will not be able to get past the login page.
