The 3Com wordmark (the word 3Com), as well as the trademark (™) symbol, must always be reproduced either in black on a white or pale background, or in white against a dark background. The choice depends on whichever is of greater contrast and legibility. The wordmark and symbol are supplied together and as separate elements in the digital artwork. Do not attempt to typeset the 3Com wordmark as a substitute for the authentic wordmark. A typeset version will damage and weaken the protection of the registered wordmark. The 3Com wordmark is a custom drawing. Each letter has been carefully spaced to make the wordmark unique to 3Com. Note: Please make sure that digital files received or sent out contain only the correct symbol and wordmark artwork, according to these guidelines.
