Dr. Shusheng Zheng was named as Chief Operating Officer of H3C since its official operation in November 2003. He is responsible for the overall operation of H3C on behalf of the Board of Directors. Before he transferred to this company, Dr. Zheng was a Member of the Board and Executive Vice President of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. He holds a Ph.D degree in Telecommunication & Electronic Engineering from Zhejiang University, China.
