Paul G. Yovovich

Paul G. Yovovich is a private investor of 3Com Corporation. Mr. Yovovich was a director of U.S. Robotics from 1991 until 3Com’s combination with USR in June 1997.

Yovovich served as President of Advance Ross Corporation, an international financial services company, from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, he held several executive positions with Centel Corporation from 1982 to 1992, where his last position was that of president of its central telephone company unit.

As well as serving on the board of directors of 3Com, Yovovich is also a director of Focal Communications Corporation, Comarco, Inc. APAC Customer Services and the Van Kampen Open End Funds.
